Happy Maltese Mother's Day

Yesterday was a very special day today in Malta. It was mother's day. And what made that day even better? My Mum (who is back in England) didn't know so I got to surprise her and win major brownie points. I'll have that Best Daughter Award now please :)

I got my two sisters in on it, and together we bought her a card and a cheeky present. Now, I don't want to get too big headed or anything but the present we got sums my mum up so well. But I can't take all the credit. I was in fact reading this post by Sophie Loves Food and she mentioned this new cushion she had bought.

How cute is that! This cushion is my Nikki McWilliams and instantly I knew my mum would love it. She's currently on the lookout for more cushions and she loves the colour mustard yellow. It was perfect.
